WHAT IS A BRAND AMBASSADOR?
A brand ambassador is someone who will represent our studio’s brand and advocate for our studio, both online and in-person. One of the most important things for a small business is word of mouth! I’m looking for a variety of individuals to help me spread the word to others about your experience! This can be anything from families to seniors to boudoir. This is a chance for you to model for promotional images, receive discounts on purchases, and have an opportunity to earn $$$$ towards your dream session!
MY IDEAL CANDIDATE:
If you love my work and love to be social (in person AND online!) then you are a perfect fit!
- You believe that photography is priceless, worthy of investment, and that memories are made to be printed and cherished for generations
- You are social-media savvy and have an active online presence

- Cost: FREE! There is no cost to join my program and no requirement to purchase
- Length of Partnership: One calendar year
- Commitment: You get what you put in! The more you share, the more opportunity you’ll have. More referrals = More credit!
- Styling: Ambassadors must be willing to collaborate on wardrobe and photographic vision
- Referral Options: You can choose physical referral cards, website link, QR code, an app, or any combination to share with potential clients
- Location: Must be willing to shoot at my Marion, IA studio or travel on-location within 60 mile radius
- Marketing: Ambassador images will be used for marketing for Time Capsule Studios LLC. A signed model release is Required
- Interaction: Must tag and share images from any of your sessions within 1 week. Build excitement before and after about your experience. Must like, comment, and share business posts throughout social media platforms at least once per week. Mention us on any post inquiring for services that we offer. Also help keep interaction up on your business pages and VIP groups
- Exclusivity: You must agree to work exclusively with us and not represent or use any other photographer during the term of this agreement
- Review: Leave positive reviews on Facebook, Google, and any other platform
WHAT CAN I EARN?
For each new client you refer, you AND your referral earn $$$$!
- Extended sessions = $100 each
- Full sessions = $75 each
- Limited Edition sessions = $50 each
- Mini sessions = $25 each
The fine print:
- Client must share that this was a Referral from you at the time of booking
- Both parties receive their promotional credit after the session fee has been fully paid
- You may use or gift your earnings at any time or bank the credit to use later
